A star amid Russian diary products would be Russian Kefir so dear to Russians and often disliked by foreigners. This mixture of kefir yogurt and bacteria is a healthy meal itself.

Russian sweetened condensed milk is another gold standard of Russian products. It is tasty thing for every sweet-tooth and is considered as a highly popular and widely used product for baking sweets. Also, there would be no life without farmer cheese. Many of us like eating it plain or with tea or jams, apples, raisins or apricots.
